Business Angels
These are wealthy individuals who give funds to the company in exchange of positions. Such individuals are not concerned with the returns or dividends of the company but with the reputation that they get as being the directors of the company.
Normally business angels do not have professional qualifications and expertise knowledge to manage the business. This makes them unable to manage the company effectively hence there is need to appoint other qualified persons in the management team.
