QUESTION ONE (15 MARKS)
When you write an essay assignment or research project at the university, you are required to
refer to the work of other author(s). Each time you do so, it is necessary to identify their work
by making reference to it— both in the text and in a list called reference at the end of your
work. You can either use American Psychological Association (APA) or Harvard referencing

a) The university is preparing to launch new curriculums at postgraduate level in the school
of business and faculty of computing and information management. As one of the newly
recruited graduate assistant lecturer, you have been tasked to recommend six (6)
electronic databases subscribed by the university library that may be used for effective
teaching, learning and research. Identify the databases you would list giving a brief
