QUESTION ONE (25 MARKS) COMPULSORY
Naboisho Conservancy Ltd has ten employees who have attained the minimum age for retirement. Five of them have no doubt that they are ready for retirement, two are not so sure if they should retire, two may be worried about finance, while others are too attached to their profession to retire. They need to ask themselves a list of questions to determine whether they are ready for retirement.
i) Discuss the main questions that one need to answer in determining if he/she is ready to retire. (10 marks)

Retirement Benefits Authority is faced with various emerging issues in the management of the pension funds in Kenya that ranges from Social, Economic, political and Technical.
