Ways in which the tort of conversion may be committed

The tort of conversion may be committed in any of the following ways:

• Taking another’s goods or dispossessing.
• Destroying or altering another’s goods.
• Receiving another goods
• Misdelivery of goods
• Disposition with delivery.
• Disposition without delivery.
• Refusal to surrender on demand.
