in difficult terrain, which occupies intellectual, technical, operational, political, practical and
strategic dimension. Discuss these dimensions.

Most organizations engage in hundreds of activities in the process of converting inputs to
outputs. These activities can be classified generally as either primary or support activities.
Discuss, using your own organization as a giving example, how the secondary activity,
‘Technological Development’ support each and every primary activities elucidati the role of
Information Technology.
