SECTION B: 20 MARKS
a). The world health organisation(WHO) has appointed you as a consultant to developing a distributed
system to help in reporting covid 19 cases at a district, county, country, regional and intercontinental
level. Give a comprehensive report on the design considerations that that you will consider,
transparency, scalability, concurrency concerns (15 Marks)
b). Suggest a suitable consistency and replication mechanism for WHO (5 Marks)

a) Synchronisation and the need to ensure the reporting is realtime, and the different time zones in
the world, how would you address these (10 Marks)
b) Identify the security risks and appropriate mitigation relevant to the above scenario
