QUESTION ONE
Matopeni University has been running on manual registration systems. The system handles
student registration for various courses offered by the university as well as examinations. In view
of the current covid 19 pandemic they are racing and contracted you to assist in developing a
web-based system.
Required
a) How would you manage the entire change process (8 Marks)
b) Identify the risks associated with such a software project and how you will mitigate them
(12 Marks)

SECTION C: (20 MARKS)
In reference to the case study in section B, as a software engineer demonstrate how you will
manage your teams and the software process within the budget, time and quality of the
