QUESTION ONE [30 MARKS]
a) Explain the purpose of the following features when installing computer memory:

b) Differentiate between headless installation and silent installation as used in software
installation. [4 Marks]
c) William suspects that the processor of his computer is failing. Suggest in SIX steps how to
replace the faulty processor. [6 Marks]
d) Outline any SIX criteria that could be used for selecting a computer application package.

e) Write a simple batch file that will create INST_CUST as a sub-directory in your Desktop
folder, then create TIZI as sub-directory in INST_CUST. After this, copy word document files
