Introduction

This module, unit is intended to equip the trainee with the knowledge, skills and attitudes that enables him/her to procure goods materials, works and services for the pubic sector , and appreciate how public finance is raised and managed.

General Objectives

By the end of this module unit, the trainee should be able to:
