The procurement department at KCA UNIVERSITY has requested you to tender for videography and
videoediting services for the upcoming university graduation and prepare a documentary to be aired on
national television. Prepare an elaborate report indicating the equipment you have and the estimated costs
for the services. Marks will be given for a comprehensive workflow of the required activities and
references indicating your qualification and experiences in such functions.

of 30fps, takes 5 hours to download using a bandwidth of 1.1GBps.
Calculate
i) the pixel count of the camera in megapixels (8 Marks)
ii) the resolution, if the aspect ratio is 16:9 (2 Marks)
iii) the bandwidth requirements, if 20 users are to download the same video for 5hrs
concurrently (2 Marks)
iv) cost of the bandwidth in a) if the cost of 128KBps is Kshs 60,000 (4 Marks)
b) Recommend a suitable method to enable your target audience to view the video (4 Marks)
